OUR NEXT VENUE is at Hampshire Potato Days 28-29 Jan.
This will take place from 10am – 3pm both days at Testbourne Community Centre, RG28 7JF. Here is the largest number of varieties of seed potato in one place for amateur growers in the world!! There will also be talks on growing potatoes, expert advice, catalogue of varieties, children’s creche, unusual plant seeds and a seed swap. 2,200 people attended in 2011. Refer

Here on the edge of Whitchurch, Tufton Smallholding started out with a tunnel and greenhouse for the nursery business. Now with 16 acres, we have gradually added sheep, chickens, pigs and ducks to the smallholding.

Tufton Smallholding produces wool spun from our own Shetland sheep, including sheepskins and fleeces. We also produce homemade preserves, chutneys and vegetables. read more »
